Lab Experiment Stats Bot provides users with various statistics related to lab experiments. The bot operates within Discord and assists in data management without storing any personal information beyond the user's Discord ID for command functionality.

  1. Prohibited Use: You agree not to use Lab Experiment Stats Bot for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
    • Violating any local, state, national, or international law.
    • Posting or transmitting any content that infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights.
    • Engaging in any behavior that interferes with the bot’s operation.
  2. Content Input: Users must not input personal, sensitive, or confidential information into the bot. This includes but is not limited to names, addresses, phone numbers, and financial information.

Data Collection and Privacy

  1. User Data: Lab Experiment Stats Bot only collects user IDs necessary for command execution. No other personal information is collected or stored.
  2. Image Logs: The bot logs images generated via the /image command, which is restricted to admin use only.
  3. Data Deletion: Users may request the deletion of their user ID from our servers by contacting us at labbot-privacy@profipoint.pro.

Liability

Lab Experiment Stats Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the bot will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use the bot.
